Pricing questions
Is there a minimum booking?
Yes. Regular domestic cleaning has a minimum of 3 hours per visit, and one-off cleaning has a minimum of 4 hours. End of tenancy cleaning is charged as a fixed price based on the size of the property, not by the hour.
Do you bring your own products and equipment?
Yes. Cleaning products, tools and professional equipment are included in every price. Eco-friendly products are available on request.
Are you insured?
Yes — we hold both Public Liability and Employer's Liability insurance, and our team is DBS checked and COSHH trained.
How and when do I pay?
Payment is due on completion, on the day of the appointment. We accept cash, bank transfer, debit or credit card, and card payments can also be taken in advance over the phone.
What is your cancellation policy?
Regular domestic cleaning can be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. End of tenancy and one-off cleans need 48 hours' notice, after which a cancellation fee of 20% of the quote applies.
Do you clean windows on the outside?
No. We clean internal windows and conservatory glass only.
